Artem Sinyakin

Artem Sinyakin is the founder and chief executive of OAK Research, a crypto research platform, and a co-founder of OAK Invest, the French media company whose crypto research branch is OAK Research. DL News described OAK Research in September 2025 as a crypto market intelligence platform, and dated reports from April 2026 in Chainlink Today and Protos both bill Sinyakin as its CEO.

Sinyakin spoke at Proof of Talk Paris 2026 as Founder & CEO of OAK Research, moderating the panel "After the Flush: What October 10th Revealed About Crypto Market Fragility" on the Hecto Main Stage on 2 June 2026, the first day of the summit. The panellists were Victor Jung, Alex Kim, Stephan Lutz and Avtar Sehra.

In September 2025, DL News quoted Sinyakin in its coverage of criticism of Hyperliquid's contest to choose a team to issue USDH, a dollar-pegged stablecoin. Native Markets won the validator vote with more than 68% support, ahead of bidders including Paxos, Ethena and Sky. Sinyakin told the outlet that "there was a clear preference from validators and big 'whales' on Hyperliquid for Native Markets, even if their proposal appeared weaker than the ones by Paxos and Ethena," and added: "After looking at the whole process, one can only wonder why this whole governance vote was even submitted."

At EthCC in 2026, Sinyakin sat on a panel about bringing new capital into tokenised real-world asset markets, reported by Chainlink Today on 16 April 2026. The session was moderated by Johann Eid, Chief Business Officer of Chainlink Labs, and also featured Emma Landriault, Executive Director of JPM Coin, and Theo Golden of Baillie Gifford.

OAK Research's author page credits Sinyakin with 23 research articles and analyses, and the firm's team page describes its founder as "passionate about infrastructure, governance and latest news".
