Gavin Zaentz

Co-Founder, Leadpoet

Gavin Zaentz co-founded Leadpoet and joined the Paris 2026 discussion on turning Bittensor infrastructure into businesses.

The Significance

Why the room needs them.

Gavin Zaentz co-founded Leadpoet and joined the subnet-to-market panel at Proof of Talk Paris 2026, bringing its sales-intelligence perspective.

The Biography

The full account.

Gavin Zaentz is a co-founder of Leadpoet, a sales-intelligence company that uses artificial intelligence to identify and qualify prospective customers. He founded the business with Pranav Ramesh. Leadpoet's approach centres on the signals behind a potential buying decision and the evidence explaining why a company may be relevant to a sales team.

Before Leadpoet, Zaentz worked in hedge-fund sales and at Nasdaq. In an August 2026 podcast interview, he described sourcing prospective limited partners, working in client services at Nasdaq and later working with equity order-entry and risk protocols. He met Ramesh at Nasdaq. The company's founders page also identifies his equities product-management experience there.

The founders' public accounts connect that background to a specific product problem: large lead databases can leave salespeople checking outdated contacts and researching which companies are actually ready to engage. Leadpoet uses target-market descriptions and public signals to produce a more qualified set of prospects. Its company materials emphasise intent, data quality and transparency around the resulting recommendations.

An August 2026 account of a community call with both founders described the relationship between Leadpoet's enterprise product and the Bittensor subnet supporting its sales-intelligence work. Zaentz discussed qualification, data freshness and connections to existing sales software. The account distinguished the product from proposed token-gated access to network outputs, which it described as a design that was not yet switched on at the time.

At Proof of Talk Paris 2026, Zaentz joined From Subnet to Market: Turning Bittensor Infrastructure into Real Businesses. The panel took place on 2 June on the Taostats Stage at the Louvre Palace. He was billed as Leadpoet's Co-Founder, alongside Marcus Graichen, Robert Myers, Micaela Bazo and Mark Jeffrey. The session placed his sales-software work within a discussion of how decentralised infrastructure becomes a business used by customers.

The next Proof of Talk is in Abu Dhabi.

Louvre Abu Dhabi, 3–4 December 2026. Admission is by application, and the room is capped at 2,000.
