The Significance

Why the room needs them.

Jean-Thomas Ledore, Partner at Strategy&, PwC France and Maghreb, spoke on the Enterprise Adoption of Bittensor panel at Proof of Talk Paris 2026. He was quoted in PwC France and Maghreb's April 2026 announcement of a physical AI alliance with Manako Labs.

The Biography

The full account.

Jean-Thomas Ledore spoke at Proof of Talk Paris 2026 as a Partner at Strategy&, the strategy consulting business of PwC France and Maghreb, the part of the PwC network that serves France and the Maghreb. He appeared on the panel "Enterprise Adoption of Bittensor" on the Taostats Stage on the summit's second day, 3 June 2026, from 16:15 to 16:55. James Altucher moderated the session, which Ledore shared with Jose Rios, Max Sebti and Shane Smith.

According to his Strategy& biography, he spent the first part of his career as a consultant, helping many groups build critical mass or strengthen their operating models. The consulting directory Consultor lists him at PwC as a consulting manager from 2010 to 2015 and at EY as a senior manager from January 2016 to September 2017, and records a 2010 degree from Arts et Métiers ParisTech. He then became Director of Strategy at Groupe Cémoi. After Cémoi merged with Groupe Baronie to form Sweet Products, a private-label and co-manufacturing chocolate group, he also took responsibility for the group's finance, IT and legal departments.

He joined Strategy& in 2023 to strengthen its Consumer Goods & Retail practice. In October 2024 Consultor reported that he had arrived in November 2023 and would co-lead the consumer goods practice with a newly recruited partner. His Strategy& biography describes work alongside the chief executives and executive committees of large consumer-goods and retail groups on organic and M&A strategy.

In April 2026 PwC France and Maghreb and Manako Labs announced an alliance under which PwC France would draw on Manako's Business Operations World Model, powered by Score, a decentralised computer-vision network. The announcement quoted Ledore, billed as Strategy Partner, PwC France and Maghreb, saying that physical AI "is rapidly moving from emerging technology to an operational necessity."

In a LinkedIn post dated 6 May 2026, written as a PwC France and Maghreb partner, he said he would speak at Proof of Talk about the future of AI in a decentralised and distributed form, and about how it would connect with the corporate world. The jury of PwC France and Maghreb's 2026 startup challenge at VivaTech also listed him.
