Kathleen Wrynn is Global Head of Digital Assets at Invesco, the title under which she appears in Invesco press releases of December 2025 and March 2026 and in Traders Magazine in April 2026. She joined the asset manager from J.P. Morgan in June 2025 in a newly created role that Decrypt described as overseeing the management of tokenised assets and cryptocurrency investments, including initiatives to tokenise Invesco's funds. Her Paris Blockchain Week 2026 speaker biography places the role within Invesco's newly formed Product Division.
At J.P. Morgan, Wrynn was executive director, global technology strategy, primarily supporting the bank's blockchain business Kinexys, according to Decrypt. The same Paris Blockchain Week biography describes around two decades at the intersection of asset management and technology, earlier leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase and DWS, and more than ten years of activity in blockchain.
In December 2025, Invesco and Galaxy announced the Invesco Galaxy Solana ETP (QSOL), an exchange-traded product tracking the spot price of Solana. Wrynn was quoted in the announcement, describing ETPs as "a key component of our broader strategy". In March 2026, Invesco and Superstate announced that Invesco Advisers would become investment manager of Superstate's tokenised short-duration US government securities fund, USTB, which then held more than $967 million, while Superstate kept the onchain infrastructure. The fund now appears on Invesco's website as the Invesco Short Duration US Government Securities Fund. Wrynn said the partnership reflected capabilities Invesco had been building "since 2019". Speaking to Traders Magazine in April 2026, she described tokenisation as "a new infrastructure" offering operational efficiency and new business models.
Wrynn spoke at Proof of Talk Paris 2026 as Global Head of Digital Assets at Invesco, in a fireside on the Hecto Main Stage on 3 June 2026, 17:15–17:40, titled "Crypto Winter, Institutional Summer: Accelerating Digital Asset Market Maturity". Azeem Khan shared the session.

“Our meaningful partnership with Galaxy brings digital native expertise to our growing suite of crypto-linked ETPs. QSOL marks another step forward in Invesco's commitment to innovation and leadership in digital assets. We see ETPs as a key component of our broader strategy, which includes expanding crypto-linked products, advancing asset tokenization and building partnerships across Web3.”
“Invesco has been strategically building the capabilities required to support institutional-grade digital asset products since 2019, and this partnership reflects that long-term commitment.”
“Tokenization is a new infrastructure that is going to provide a lot of operational efficiency capabilities, but also new business models.”
