Marc Baumann was billed as founder of Fiftyone Group at Proof of Talk Paris 2026. His public work connects research on digital assets and artificial intelligence with business communication and market intelligence. In a May 2025 growth playbook published by Outlier Ventures, Baumann contributed the foreword and was identified as founder and chief executive of 51 Ventures. The accompanying biography described his earlier marketing, communications and public-affairs work at Bitcoin Suisse. His own website also identifies him as the founder of Fiftyone and describes previous marketing roles at Bitcoin Suisse and Dfns.

Baumann publishes 51 Insights and hosts the 51 podcast. His personal website lists interviews from 2025 and 2026 with people working across finance, blockchain infrastructure and technology, including Carlos Domingo, Matt Hougan, Sidney Powell and Robert Leshner. The site describes Fiftyone as an institutional intelligence service combining company research, data and market information. His Outlier Ventures foreword focused on connecting technology with business use cases and helping founders communicate with decision-makers who could deploy their products.

At Proof of Talk Paris 2026, Marc Baumann moderated the panel "Web3 Venture in 2026: What Still Gets Funded" on 3 June. The session ran from 11:20 to 12:00 on the Taostats Stage at the Louvre Palace. The programme also listed Keli Callaghan, Andy Tang, Leeor Groen and James Wo. In that edition’s roster, Keli Callaghan was billed with Arrington Capital; Andy Tang was billed with Draper Associates; Leeor Groen was billed with Spartan; James Wo was billed with Digital Finance Group.
