Matt O’Connor spoke at Proof of Talk Paris 2026 as co-founder of Legion. Legion’s published white paper identifies Matthew O’Connor and Fabrizio Giabardo as co-founders and describes Agora Labs Ltd, doing business as Legion, as a company incubated by Delphi Labs. The paper sets out a fundraising platform designed around token offerings, project-specific compliance requirements and participant restrictions. Legion’s own founder-facing website separately identifies Matt as co-founder and describes a process that considers an applicant’s previous onchain participation when allocating a token sale.

O’Connor appeared on 21Shares’ Off the Block podcast on 20 February 2026.
