Tero Reuna

Tero Reuna spoke at Proof of Talk Paris 2026 as chief executive of Paxos Issuance Europe, billed in the programme as CEO of EU, Paxos. Paxos Issuance Europe Oy is regulated by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority and authorised across the European Union and the European Economic Area. Speaker pages for Point Zero Forum 2026 and Paris Blockchain Week 2026 describe Reuna as head of Paxos Issuance Europe and Head of Growth for EMEA at Paxos. A press notice dated 19 May 2026 lists Reuna as Chief Executive Officer, Paxos Issuance Europe, among the digital assets and payments leaders taking part in Point Zero Forum 2026.

Paxos launched its Global Dollar stablecoin, USDG, to consumers across the European Union on 1 July 2025. The company's announcement described USDG as regulated under the EU's Markets in Crypto-Assets regulation, by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority and by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, and said the launch opened access to more than 450 million consumers in 30 countries.

Before joining Paxos, Reuna held leadership positions at Tietoevry, including Head of Global Accounts, with responsibility for the international expansion of its software-as-a-service business. Earlier roles were at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and IBM. Reuna holds a master's degree in Economics and Business from the Turku School of Economics.

At Proof of Talk Paris 2026, Reuna spoke on two panels on Day 2, 3 June. The first, on the X Ventures Masterclass Stage from 10:30 to 11:30, was titled "Bringing the Global Dollar Network to Europe: How Regulated, Network-Driven Stablecoins Are Unlocking Growth". The second, on the Hecto Main Stage from 15:50 to 16:25, was "The New Architecture of Digital Cash: Stablecoins, Tokenised Deposits and Money Market Funds". The programme also lists Emma Landriault and David Cunningham on Reuna's sessions, with Ben Schiller as moderator.
